"This was our third home he sold for us and it was another outstanding job. He placed us on the market on Thursday, multiple offers on Sunday after the open house and binding Monday. He is a wealth of knowledge and has experience dealing with difficult and strange cases (luckily ours was not one). High confidence in his abilities. He also knows and can vision remodel value with his experiences in that are as well. He's an agent that under that has done major remodel projects and understands what it will take if you are planning major changes to your new home. Can't say enough great things about him."

"Andy, over the 10 years of owning the home he quickly sold for me, has been a reliable source of real estate information regarding neighborhood sales, trends and growth.When it came time to sell my home I immediately knew Andy would be the one to call. He was incredibly helpful before, during and after it went on the market. Andy instructed me on what needed to be done to list it. Knew who to call to get it ready and even met one contractor at the house for me when I was out of town. He kept me informed as to when it was to be shown and updated me on all feed back.When the house went under contract, Andy made the negotiations stress free and easy. He kept me abreast of every detail and even assisted with the purchase of my new home out of state which he wasn't even affiliated with.The selling and buying of a home can be very stressful but Andy is a true professional and made it so easy for me. "Andy was referred to us by our REMAX realtor (located in FL) to help us with the purchase of our new construction home and it was a pleasure working with him. He was on site to do our pre-drywall inspection and negotiated certain corrections with the builder, and through his connections even told the builder that he may be able to help out with certain issues to try and expedite things. Andy also had previously worked with the lead manager on the sellers side, which made some communications possible directly to the builders sell team when we began experiencing delays or issues with the construction. Andy was great at communicating with us and always being available for a call or text when we had last minute questions. He also offered his opinion when he thought quoted prices for extras were a bit high, which was very helpful as we are new to the Atlanta market. After close, he even offered to assist us by putting us in contact with his network of contractors, handymen, electricians, etc. Overall, my wife and I had an amazing experience and would definitely work with him again."

"Andy took the time to listen to what I was after in a home and was able to help me find the perfect area to start looking. He was knowledgeable about the area, available when I had the time to go look at properties and when we found “the” home he was fantastic with the contract and negotiations. Closing went off without a hitch so that speaks to his thoroughness in making sure everything was taken care of. You should definitely give Andy a try if you are in need of a GREAT agent."
